To plan, promote and execute events to encourage interchange between residents in the greater Muskegon area regarding historic preservation issues.4. To maintain a museum to show the economic, industrial and social history of the greater Muskegon area.5. To act in a capacity to encourage other municipalities to develop historic districts in the greater Muskegon area.
