𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐲 Meet Shandy a vibrant 5-year-old red and rust female with cropped ears and a docked tail. Her affectionate nature is evident in her love of “car wash kisses” and snuggling. Shandy demonstrates impressive leash manners, trotting and sniffing with poise and composure. Although initially cautious, she quickly warms up to new people. Her playful and goofy demeanor serves as entertainment and keeps her foster mom laughing. Shandy is uncomfortable with crate confinement, but she has adapted well to life outside the crate. However, she works as a professional organizer during the day, so if you leave items out or fail to close a closet door, she will reorganize your belongings. Shandy wouldn’t dream of destroying anything but she feels your things are better placed somewhere else. Shandy is not suited for life as a single dog, but she will flourish in her new home with a male companion by her side. To ensure her safety, a fenced yard is required for yard exploration and playtime with her jolly ball. 𝐋𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐱 Meet Lennox, a charming black and rust male who greets everyone he meets with a huge, toothy grin. He is celebrating his 5th birthday with us. Due to circumstances beyond his control, he was surrendered to rescue and has transitioned smoothly into foster care. Lennox has shown a strong dislike for the crate but has proven trustworthy when left out, as long as all belongings are put away. He has a tendency to reorganize closets, drawers, and laundry. Fortunately, he does so without causing any destruction. At night, he makes sneaky attempts to jump up in the bed, he’s politely asked to get down, he whines to voice his dissatisfaction then he’ll lay down on his dog bed on the floor. Lennox is the perfect copilot, he rides nicely in the car and he’s always ready to take on the next adventure, whether it's the park or the hiking trails! After a nice long walk, Lennox will join you on the couch for snuggle time. Lennox dreams of a forever friend in his new home, where he'll thrive with a canine companion by his side. Due to his high prey drive, he is not suitable for a home with cats or small animals.
