Congratulations to Liel Satamker, a third-year student in ISEF’s southern program, for being named Educator of the Year by the Youth Organizations Council! As a branch coordinator at Netta Youth Organization in Bat Yam, Liel has been a mentor and role model since his teenage years, guiding and empowering others to reach their full potential. One participant summed it up best: “Liel taught me the power of a mentor’s influence.” At ISEF, we know that mentorship is life-changing. Congratulations to Professor Prof. Yifat Bitton פרופ' יפעת ביטון, ISEF alumna, on her promotion to Full Professor! Professor Bitton's journey is a testament to perseverance, excellence, and the power of education. A distinguished legal scholar and passionate advocate for social justice, she has dedicated her career to fighting discrimination and advancing equality. She founded Tmura, The Israeli Anti-Discrimination Center to support women facing abuse, and now serves as president of Achva Academic College. Her promotion to Full Professor is an inspiration to many students following in her footsteps. At ISEF, we’re proud to support students who go on to break barriers and create real change.
