Action Kivu invests in the women, children & communities of Congo through job training & education Action Kivu provides the Democratic Republic of Congo's survivors of violence with the opportunity to rebuild their lives on a foundation of education, hope, dignity, and economic self-sustenance. Led by Congolese educator and community builder Amani Mataboro, we are dedicated to repairing the harm done by years of violence and neglect in this region. We focus on the women and children who are the most at risk and whose wellbeing will make the biggest impact in their community. Our mission focuses on four complementary initiatives: Entrepreneur Training, Community Farms, the Congo Peace School, and HIV/AIDS Education.
