Meet DJ- one of our Faces of Club 36 During DJ’s time in our Work Experience (WE) Program with a respected restaurant partner, he encountered several initial challenges, including managing phone usage during shifts, following proper clock-in procedures, and adhering to break times. Despite these hurdles, he demonstrated remarkable adaptability and commitment. With support and guidance from his Els for Autism Job Coach and his manager, he successfully navigated these issues and completed the program with outstanding results.
