The Portage Park District Foundation is organized as a nonprofit entity under the laws of the State of Ohio and under section 501(c)(3) of the internal Revenue Code, to conserve Portage County's natural heritage and provide opportunities for its appreciation and enjoyment and to support the Portage Park District in its mission.
