Certifying Board for Dietary Managers (CBDM) - CDM and CFPP credentialing exams and certifications CDM CFPPCredential CDM CFPP Credentialing Exam Maintain YourCredential Certified Dietary Manager Certified Food Protection Professionals have the education and experience required to ensure food safety manage menus purchase and prepare food apply nutrition principles document nutrition information and manage employees. They have proven this by passing the nationally recognized CDM CFPP Credentialing Exam and fulfilling the requirements needed to maintain certified status. You are eligible to take the exam if you are CBDM approved for meeting the requirements for one of the current pathways. One of the pathways is an ANFPApproved dietary manager training program which includes 120 hours of didactic education plus 150 hours of field experience.
