I hate to ask, especially knowing how many serious needs are in our community right now. But we’re overwhelmed. We just took in five kittens with severe eye infections. Some will likely need eye removal surgery, while others might still have a chance to keep their vision with immediate care. This is one of several urgent medical cases we’ve taken on this week, and the financial strain is growing fast. If you’re able to help even a little it would make a huge difference for these babies. 🖤 Welcome, Shade 🖤 Meet Shade, a brave little black kitten who came to us after an Amazon driver found him injured and alone on a porch during a delivery. Shade had a severely damaged tail that required amputation and is currently sporting a tiny cast on his broken leg, which will need about four to six weeks to heal. Despite everything he’s been through, Shade is incredibly sweet, resilient, and already showing us just how strong he is. He's eating well, using the litter box, and soaking up all the love and care we can give. We’re so grateful he was found and given a second chance.
