Medical, Dental & Behavioral Services THE MISSION OF OZARKS COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER IS TO PROVIDE GREATER ACCESS TO QUALITY, COMPASSIONATE, AND PROFESSIONAL HEALTHCARE THROUGH OUR COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH SYSTEM AND COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS. THE ORGANIZATIONS VISION IS TO IMPROVE THE OVERALL HEALTH OF OUR COMMUNITY MEMBERS, BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO QUALITY HEALTHCARE SERVICES THROUGH OUR INTEGRATED HEALTH HOMES AND COMMUNITY-BASED PARTNERSHIPS.
