It is our mission to educate and train qualified students in the Gestalt theory and method of psychotherapy, based on the pioneering work of Frederick Perls, M.D. , Laura Perls, Ph.D. and Marilyn Rosanes-Berrett, Ph.D., while also providing low-cost psychotherapy services to the New York City community to those who could not otherwise afford treatment.

Gestalt Center for Psychotherapy and Training Where your Journey to Wholeness Begins Welcome to the Gestalt Center for Psychotherapy and Training Located at 37 East 28th Street in the Rose Hill section of midtown Manhattan. We offer training programs postgraduate and licensed psychoanalytic workshops continuing education for mental health professionals and weekend intensives for mental health professionals as well as therapy referrals to Gestalt therapists. Gestalt therapy is an interactive and holistic form of psychotherapy that focuses on the total person recognizing the unity of the mind body and emotions.
