Lastest Updates Angel dedicated his life and much of his time to serving his community. For many years Angel Nolberto Castro and other Chileans organized the annual celebration of the Independence of Chile. In April of 2008 we established the foundation of a Folk Dance Group called Viva Chile. This group has greatly represented our culture in schools churches various summer festivals throughout the state and performed for public officials from Chile who have visited the State of Utah.
