🐾 TNR UPDATE #3 🐾 16 total so far completed Today was a busy day for our TNR efforts! Orange Julius, a very active tomcat, went in for neutering today. He's one of 4 males in a colony of 14 females, and we're so happy to see him become part of the solution. 2 Females in this colony (Waffles and Toast) were TNR'd last week. Orange Julius is part of the Breakfast Club colony. Mama Tamale, received a spay abort today due to serious concerns about her ability to safely deliver. She has a hip injury from being hit by a car some time ago. Thankfully, all of her older kittens have already been spayed or neutered as part of this TNR initiative. Her litter included Shrimp, Taco and Fish. This colony is now 100% sterile! 🎉 Next, we met little Echo, a young kitten from a new colony we just started trapping today. Echo is one of many pregnant kittens in the area, so we’ve got a lot of work ahead of us to keep up with the demand for TNR! Can you help Charlton County and this TNR program?
