Dignity Center The Dignity Center provides Workforce Readiness training for individuals who have been out of work for a long time or perhaps have never been employed. Our program equips clients with essential job skills boosting their confidence and paving the way for them to embark on a path toward becoming valuable contributors to our community. Dignity Roasters Dignity Roasters forms an integral component of our Workforce Readiness training program. Participants not only acquire certifications in food handling and food management but also delight the community with our freshly roasted delicious coffee offerings.
