Providing healthcare to Guatemalas Forgotten People For over 20 years True North Missions has provided free primary healthcare to Mayan Indian children and their families in the remote areas of Guatemala. We are staffed by volunteer physicians medical residents and nurses. The United Nations refers to them as The Forgotten People. They estimate their number at over 200000.
