So many books ... so little time! Library services include fax, copy, printing, discount passes THE PURPOSE OF THE FRIENDS OF THE PLAINVILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY, INC. IS TO ASSIST THE LIBRARY IN THE PURCHASE OF ITEMS, SPONSORING OF PROGRAMS, WHICH THE LIBRARY BUDGET ITSELF CANNOT FINANCE, AND PROMOTE PROJECTS THAT ENHANCE THE RELATIONSHIP OF THE LIBRARY WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC, SCHOOLS AND BUSINESS COMMUNITY. WE FUNDED 23 PROGRAMS, WHICH WERE OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, PURCHASED 18 MUSEUM PASSES, 2 MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASED 22 ITEMS FROM STAFF'S WISH LIST.
