It’s Wide Awake Wednesday! Are you? Today marks the beginning of the 100 deadliest days for teens. One reason for this designation is teens move into more unstructured time with less responsibilities. We urge teens to make sure their sleep does not suffer this summer. A healthy amount of sleep, 8-10 hours, helps with decision-making and, of course, with being alert while driving. Be aware of increased dangers in the summer and make sure to get enough sleep.
