His favorite thing is sitting in your lap and leaning his head into you for love. He’s a lover of car rides and long walks and unlike most small dogs, Roscoe doesn’t seem to mind the rain! He’s a gentle boy that enjoys the quieter side of life. We think he’d do best in a quiet home with lots of time to chill with his person and cuddle on the couch or snuggle under the covers in bed. He isn’t a huge fan of cats and is going to need to live in a feline free home. He’s an affectionate, loving boy looking for a lap to call his own.
