Oregon Adaptive Sports | Outdoor Recreation for People with Disabilities. Explore the Transformative Power of the Outdoors. In 1996 passionate members of the local community came together to create access to adaptive ski opportunities for their family members friends and neighbors with disabilities. Today Oregon Adaptive Sports OAS is a premiere adaptive sports foundation in the Pacific Northwest providing a range of yearround programs. OAS creates access to over 2000 high quality outdoor experiences each year to more than 400 unique individuals.
