The LifeRing Foundation can be best described as a “bridge charity”. We are smaller, leaner and more nimble than most impactful charities. Since 2005, we have served families throughout SW VA in financial crises due to childhood cancer. The Life Ring Foundation is a 501(c)3 public charity dedicated to the health and wellbeing of the people of the Roanoke Valley and Southwest Virginia Region. Our primary focus is improving the trajectory of the next generation. Our children are the Valley’s future.

We are dedicated to bringing critical resources needed to win the fight against pediatric cancer and blood disorders to Southwest Virginia. Join us at the 3rd annual Charlottes Play Yellow Invitational where 100 of funds go towards the Fighting Kids Cancer campaign.
