No matter where you are on your liver transplant journey, we are here for you- You Are Not Alone. 💚 To provide free ongoing support and resources for pre and post-liver transplant patients and caregivers at every stage of their journey, regardless of status, income or background. Specializing in a strong, sustainable program for alcohol and addiction recovery with counseling for patients with liver failure. Through the unique understanding of people with lived experience, we work to destigmatize, educate and address this major cause of liver failure. Building the foundation upon which a sober and serene life may rise from the ashes. Through demonstration of successful progress and outcomes from RELIVE, we hope to improve the liver transplant system in general. To encourage non-transplant centers to be more active in reaching out to transplant centers for patients in need.
