Welcome Charleston Community Early Learning Center hasbeenserving the community children since 1968. We are a notforprofit learning center dedicated to quality childcare and development admitting children regardless of race color sex nationality or religious background. It is the mission of the Charleston Community Early Learning Center to serve Charleston and the surrounding communities by providing a developmentally appropriate earlychildhood setting for children ages sixweeks through 10 years of age. We believe that an early childhood program should provide a welcoming and secure environment that fosters mutual respect for all parties child parent and caregiver and will encourage the social emotional physical and intellectual growth of each child while embracing diversity and respect for each individuals beliefs and background.
