Welcome, little Estelle! She is two years old and was found as a stray in Tennessee. Thank you to Pilot Jerry and his co-pilot/daughter, Sophia, for transporting Estelle to Springfield, Tennessee, from Madisonville, Tennessee (Leg 1). And then to Pilot Don who brought Estelle to St. Louis from Springfield, Tennessee! (Leg 2). Thank you also to Liz at Monroe County Shelter for taking care of Estelle until she was able to get to St. Louis. This trip came together in about a day! Thank you to Pilot Jerry and Sophia and also to Pilot Don! We are grateful! (fb)

These two beautiful Eskies, Duke and Magnolia, arrived today from Ohio. Thank you very much to Pilot Aleksei from Pilots N Paws (www.pilotsnpaws.org) for transporting them to St. Louis. Duke and Magnolia are very sweet and came from the same family, who could not keep them any longer. Duke is three, and Magnolia is four. They will need to be spayed and neutered and given some booster vaccinations. Both are very shy. They did very well on their plane ride. Thank you also to Brandi and Ben for helping get them from Point A (the airport) to Point B (the vet's office). They are very pretty and very sweet. They will just need some help in adjusting to life. Duke is still learning how to walk on a leash, although he was beginning to do better once we had him. They were starting to warm up and figuring out that all was going to be OK. If interested in either, please call 314-647-1112 or info@eskierescuestl.org -- we are not sure about cats or other dogs but should know that information soon. Thank you! (fb)
