On average it takes 2-3 years from the onset of symptoms for someone to be diagnosed with MS As I approach the date I (Matt) was diagnosed with MS 7 years ago I am reminded about all the different doctors and specialists I saw before I was finally given answers. All the questions and wondering that went through my head. All the research I did on my own to try and figure out what was going on. The process and the eventual diagnosis is never easy but there is something peaceful about finally having answers. (fb)
