WAS INCORPORATED ON OCTOBER 1, 1990 IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA TO PROMOTE THE PERFORMANCE OF WORKS OF ADMIRABLE MUSICAL QUALITY FOR CHAMBER INSTRUMENTAL ENSEMBLES, CHAMBER AND FULL VOCAL ENSEMBLES AND GUEST ARTISTS, EMPHASIZING PENNSYLVANIA COMPOSERS AND PERFORMERS, FOR A RESIDENT AND VISITING AUDIENCE, AND TO PROMOTE QUALITY MUSICAL EDUCATION EXPERIENCE FOR REGIONAL YOUTH AND ADULTS.
