The mission of Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc. is to provide training, employment, and supportive services for people with disabilities or disadvantages who seek greater independence. Such disabilities or disadvantages include physical or mental disabilities, skill limitations, lack of education and job preparation, communication challenges, and economic disadvantages. Goodwill pursues its mission in two ways. The first is by employing people with disabilities within the organization's own operations. The second is by providing social services, community programs, vocational training and other services. Goodwill serves over 48,000 people annually.
