Girl Power Africa is a non-profit organization based out of Liberia, West Africa. Our mission is to help women and children in the post-Ebola country of Liberia who are in desperate need. We are helping one woman at a time by giving them a hand up with an empowerment gift of goods to sell, allowing them to leverage the economic and social conditions in Africa through entrepreneurial opportunities. We are helping children, who are in single-parent households, being raised by relatives, orphaned, neglected, or abandoned, by sponsoring their education that would simply not have access to education. Annually, we connect about 350 children to sponsor families.
