In process of liquidation The Organization was originally established to conduct school-to-work training programs for out-of-school youth. On Novamher 11, 2011, the Board of Directors approved a resolution to dissolve the Organization. Since then, the Agency's remaining activities have been restricted to those required to complete its liquidation process.
