SECOR Cares Snow Policy When Douglas County School District DCSD is in session SECOR will follow DCSDs snow policy. If DCSD is closed due to the weather then SECOR will be closed. However if DCSD is on a delayed start SECOR will open at our regular time 9 am. Mission Caring for people faced with Suburban Poverty restoring hope and dignity and guiding them toward a selfsufficient life.
