We are living on this planet as if we had another one to go to. Terri Swearingen Recycling In 2013 the CCSC was awarded a grant to expand our recycling program. Seven additional permanent recycling locations have been added in Cass County this website has been redesigned materials distributed through schools and mailers and new social media efforts have been implemented to draw the community in to the recycling program. With the award of 2012 grant funding from MARC Solid Waste Management District and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources the CCSC developed advertising messages for billboard movie theater and website displays radio announcements and fliers for distribution to Cass County students through schools.
