The World Initiative for Science and Healthcare (W.I.S.H.) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to bringing healthcare and sustainable wellness to the countries hardest hit by the AIDS epidemic. Our mission is aimed at creating conditions that support and promote the health, education and social service needs of the most-at-risk populations in the fight against HIV/AIDS. With our endHIVnow Initiative focusing on the poverty stricken and most rural, remote communities of sub-Saharan Africa, we have found a bona fide approach to reach these populations in a truly groundbreaking way. Through our innovative use of mobile HIV/AIDS outreach clinics, we have been able to test and treat those most in need of these essential services by literally driving the solution to them.
