Bucks County artist Jane Ramsey Fine Art keeps her car packed with painting supplies so that she can stop to work any time and any place the light or scene catches her eye. She loves painting watercolor en plein air because of the sense of spontaneity it offers, and her pieces are often of the landscapes surrounding her.
