Our mission is to provide the highest quality home and community-based health and support services promoting health, dignity, independence and self-sufficiency throughout the entire continuum of care. We're the only freestanding nonprofit home health care agency in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky and are proud to be a United Way Agency Partner.In the past year, the VNA provided 69,072 hours of personal care support and 29,829 skilled home visits 1200 Palliative Care contacts and 1857 hospice care visits to almost 3,000 individuals in our community. Through the generous support of United Way and individuals throughout the community, we provided $1.3 Million dollars' worth of charity care services. Without these services, our community would look very different and many more individuals would have significant complications from health issues, unnecessary hospital stays or be forced to live in long term care facilities.
