Office of Public Guardian : Home Our Purpose The Office of Public Guardian is a private nonprofit corporation organized in 1979 to provide guardianship and advocacy services to citizens of New Hampshire. The Office of Public Guardian provides services throughout the state of New Hampshire to legally incapacitated adults including those who may be challenged by developmental disabilities mental illness dementia or traumatic brain injury. Our professional staff provides depth of experience and a wide array of services to clients on a fee for services basis and to qualified indigent clients through a contract with the State of New Hampshire. Our Mission Our goal is to protect the legal and human rights and civil liberties of each individual we serve.
