WAI members and friends continue the annual tradition to Honor the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP) for the eighth year during Memorial Day weekend — May 23–26, 2025. Many WAI chapters organize visits to local cemeteries to visit the graves of these trailblazing Women Airforce Service Pilots and leave an appropriate flag, flower, or note to remember their pioneering efforts during World War II.
