The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, and not for profit. Our purpose is to: 1. Rescue stray and feral cats and other animals. 2. Provide for their medical needs including spay/neuter. 3. Support and provide other ongoing care and guardianship. 4. Find homes for those that are or can be domesticated. 5. Trap, neuter/spay, and return feral cats to their colony. 6. Provide food and facilitate vet care for the feral colonies we maintain. 7. For low income families, provide pet food, medical care for their pets.
