Within the 80acre Opportunity Site a 16acre initial development known as the Opportunity Site Phase I is being moved forward. It includes 750 housing units a ConferenceEvent Center 24hour Child Care Center Mental HealthTherapy suites Entrepreneurial Rental suites outdoor gathering spaces streets regional stormwater infrastructure and a 30000 sf entrepreneurial market to be owned by the Citys EDA upon completion.
