THE CAET WAS ESTABLISHED AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION UNDER SECTION 509(A)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE TO SUPPORT THE ACTIVITIES OF THE GREATER NEW YORK AUTOMOBILE DEALERS ASSN. THE CAET OPERATES AN EDUCATION FACILITY, WHOSE MISSION IS TO PROMOTE EXCELLENCE AND ETHICAL STANDARDS IN ALL PHASES OF THE AUTOMOBILE RETAIL INDUSTRY, INCLUDING MANAGEMENT, SALES, SERVICE AND TRAFFIC SAFETY.
