our SPONSORS The Richland County Neighborhood Council RCNC is a nonpartisan body which offers membership to all neighborhoods in the County for the purpose of educating residents exchanging information neighborhoods assisting one another and actively advising local officials on issues affecting our communities. We meet each month on the 4th Thursday at the Richland County Administration Building located at 2020 Hampton St. Our meetings begin at 600 PM and generally follow a NIP SPEED Training session. We are an all inclusive organization that holds open meetings trainings and events whether you are a member or not.
