We’ve officially launched our high school mini course series, and what better way to kick things off than with a trip to the City of Brotherly Love? ❤ From the Liberty Bell to Independence Hall, JFK Plaza to Reading Terminal Market, the Philadelphia Zoo to the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the group of 47 students took in the sights, sounds, and tastes of historic Philly. 🥨🐘🎨 Whether they’re from across the globe or right here in Central PA, students were surprised by how much American history and culture was waiting to be discovered just a short drive away. 🌟 Future Leaders in the Making! 🌟 This year, 7 Lancaster Mennonite juniors completed the year-long Discovering Paths career exploration program through the Lancaster Chamber — pairing with local professionals for mentoring, shadowing experiences, and job fairs. 🔍 From medical fields to robotics and engineering, students explored real-world careers and gained clarity about their futures. 💬 "I shadowed in the Labor and Delivery Department at UPMC Lititz, where I had the incredible experience of watching a mom give birth. This opportunity gave me a clear vision of my future and confirmed my passion for working in the medical field." — Meiah Martinez 💬 "Robotic Worx and Precision Cobotics really stood out to me... I’ve gained insight into what an average day would be like for an engineer in robotics.
