OUCAN is a statewide network comprised of 9 urban Community Action Agencies. THE MISSION OF OUCAN IS TO EMPOWER OHIO'S URBAN COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCIES THROUGH EDUCATION, NETWORKING, AND ADVOCATE FOR POLICIES THAT ALLEVIATE AND PROMOTE SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
