Villa 1 Community Development Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. Founded in 2016, its mission is to develop, create, and preserve quality affordable housing and to empower low to moderate income individuals, seniors, veterans and communities through homeownership, rental assistance, social services and community building. A cornerstone of achieving our mission is to partner with a wide range of developers, owners, investors, lenders, social service providers, public charities and local/federal government to leverage our own capabilities.
