THE FOUNDATION WAS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, TO ADVANCE AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION AND THE TEACHING PROFESSION IN NEW JERSEY THROUGH THE STUDY, CREATION AND FUNDING OF INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS OR PROJECTS WHICH WILL FURTHER EDUCATIONAL AND INSTRUCTIONAL EXCELLENCE.
