LCCA - The President's Volunteer Service Award Certification The Lincoln Chinese Cultural Association (LCCA) is honored to be officially certified as an authorized organization for the President's Volunteer Service Award (PVSA). This recognition allows LCCA to verify volunteer service hours and present this prestigious award. The PVSA is the highest national honor for volunteer service in the United States, recognizing individuals who are dedicated to community service. It especially encourages younger generations to actively engage in volunteer work, contribute to society, and help create a better learning, working, and living environment. Application Fee: Free (LCCA will cover the application cost) Eligibility: More than 50% of the applicant’s total volunteer hours must be served with LCCA.
