The St. Mary Medical Center Auxiliary along with the Community Healthcare System is committed to provide the highest quality care In the most cost efficient manner, respecting the dignity of the individual, providing for the well-being of the community and serving the needs of all people including the poor and disadvantaged. The mission of the Auxiliary is to provide donations that will assist students in obtaining a college degree within the field of medicine. The Auxiliary donates all profits to the hospital in the form of equipment gifts to different departments. In April 2018 $60,000.00 was given to pediatrics to purchase "Panda Warmers." These beds keep newborns warm, and monitor vitals. The pain clinic was also able to purchase hydraulic beds that would assist people on and off exam tables.
