(GHI), a nonprofit organization, was established to support and operate for the benefit of Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries, Inc. (Goodwill), a nonprofit organization which is its sole member. The specific role for GHI was to hold the land and building at Goodwill’s Headquarters, 1010 Harrison Avenue in Boston. Note: From GHI’s inception through 2018, its financial results were reported on a consolidated basis with Goodwill and all intercompany transactions were eliminated in the consolidation.
