Leadership Starts Here ABOUT THE NASHVILLES PREMIER LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM For nearly 20 years Nashville Emerging Leaders has been instrumental in supporting the growth of the next generation of Nashvilles young emerging leaders. This 11week leadership training program is designed to support young professionals by connecting them with other leaders in the community deep selfexploration and intentional teambuilding. Each year approximately 30 individuals are chosen through a rigorous selection process to participate in a series of weekly sessions led and moderated by the team at Strategy and Leadership. Connect Roughly 30 of Nashvilles young professionals from a variety of professional industries backgrounds and life experiences come together.
