Re:Vision - Cultivating Thriving, Resilient Communities Our allLatina Westwood leadership team brings residents together to cultivate hope opportunity and education by reclaiming our food systems and local economy. Community Health As a communitydriven food hub we partner with Westwood residents to promote holistic health through food. Our team of Promotoras community health workers operates our nocost grocery store tends to La Granja urban farm manages familychampion community gardens and also plays a crucial role in providing essential health and resource navigation for families. NoCost Grocery Every week families are able to select free fresh produce meat milk eggs and culturally relevant staples like rice and beans using their preferred language in a consistent and welcoming space.
