Established in 1998, NJAAW (formerly NJFA) is the only statewide nonprofit focused solely on providing leadership in public policy and education to enable older adults to live with independence and dignity in their communities. NJAAW champions the well-being of New Jersey’s diverse, aging population statewide through advocacy, education and alliance-building. NJAAW envisions a state where all older adults can age with dignity, choice and supports in the community. NJAAW values respect, inclusion, equity, independence and collaboration.
