THROUGH COLLABORATION WITH STAKEHOLDERS AND PRESENTATION OF NESCOE'S VIEWS, IT ADVANCES POLICIES WHICH SEEK TO FACILITATE THE EFFICIENT DEVELOPMENT POWER GENERATION, DEMAND MANAGEMENT AND TRANSMISSION RESOURCES TO RELIABLY SERVE N.E.
