🌟 Client Spotlight: Donovan Cronkhite 🌟 Meet Donovan—a resilient, thoughtful, and science-minded professional with a powerful story and a passion for supporting others. After surviving a severe traumatic brain injury in 2013, Donovan went from not being able to speak or move to graduating with a B.S. in Cognitive Science with a specialization in Neuroscience from UC San Diego. He’s since published neuroscience articles, worked as a Crisis Counselor with The Trevor Project, and contributed to biotech research and mental health advocacy. His lived experience gives him a deep sense of empathy, perseverance, and purpose in everything he does. Donovan is also bilingual (English and Spanish), and is currently exploring opportunities in biotech research, peer support, or science communication—especially roles where he can combine technical knowledge with compassionate, human-centered impact. Donovan said, “To say the least, I have never let my disabilities get in the way of my success, and I have learned to be empathetic to people of all walks of life from it as well”. We are excited to welcome Korina Day to the Vantage Point team as a new Job Developer! Korina received a B.S in Sociology from Arizona State University along with two AAs in Social Science and Humanities. Korina’s background spans across industry, with a diverse background in customer service, leadership, and non-profit work. She has a history of leading operations and mentoring teams as a supervisor and a camp counselor. Outside of her professional work, Korina is deeply involved in community service. She held leadership positions on Youth Boards, contributed to various fundraising initiatives for Rady’s Children’s Hospital, and co-founded a non-profit organization. (fb)
